We are recruiting for two permanent Warehouse Administrator roles based in Ollerton
Hours worked are to be 7am until 7pm 4 on 4 off on a rota.
The Role:
To ensure effective processing of administrative duties for the M&S contract. To offer solutions and assistance in problem
solving. To achieve daily objectives and customer targets by performing the administrative duties within contract control, excel experience is essential for this role.
Duties will include:
Operations Management
· To offer support to the Operational teams with any administrative duties.
· Maintaining Health & Safety in the workplace.
· Accurate performance of stock accuracy checks, providing detailed analysis of results.
· Reconciliation and tracking of consumable usage and stationery purchases.
· Completion of Daily reporting logs.
· Interrogation of WMS to complete stock management reporting.
· Perform daily stock integrity duties to maintain accurate stock position.
Customer Management
· To understand the customer ethos and administrative priorities and be conversant with personal targets.
People Management
· To engage in effective communication and interdepartmental relationships which enhance staff engagement levels
