Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Manage incoming telephone calls, directing them to the relevant departments.

Provide professional reception duties, maintaining a welcoming environment.

Offer comprehensive administrative support to Directors and Senior Management.

Handle correspondence via phone, email, and post, including distribution and dispatch.

Maintain office supplies, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.

Frank outgoing mail and deliver to the local post office as needed.

Support the sales, aftersales, and service teams with tasks such as data processing, packing orders, and arranging deliveries.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
