Office Administrator

In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll support multiple departments and play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. While experience is beneficial, a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn are just as important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, handling inquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Manage incoming telephone calls, directing them to the relevant departments.

  • Provide professional reception duties, maintaining a welcoming environment.

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to Directors and Senior Management.

  • Handle correspondence via phone, email, and post, including distribution and dispatch.

  • Maintain office supplies, ensuring accurate records and timely replenishment.

  • Frank outgoing mail and deliver to the local post office as needed.

  • Support the sales, aftersales, and service teams with tasks such as data processing, packing orders, and arranging deliveries.

Essential Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a proactive approach.

  • Team player with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Friday: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
