What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Motivate a Team: Oversee a team of individuals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve their goals. Your leadership will ensure the team is engaged and consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Employee Relations: Handle day-to-day employee relations, addressing concerns, fostering a positive team environment, and ensuring that the team is aligned with company values.
- Manage Attendance & Performance: Proactively manage attendance patterns, handle performance management issues, and implement solutions to improve team productivity and morale.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and creating individual development plans to foster growth within the team.
- Lead Process Improvements: Identify areas for operational improvement and collaborate with management to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and implement best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Leadership: You must have strong, hands-on leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Employee Relations Expertise: You should be confident in handling all aspects of employee relations, from managing performance issues to fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage, motivate, and build rapport with your team, as well as with stakeholders across the business.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement: A passion for optimising processes, improving team performance, and delivering results.
What’s In It for You:
- Salary: £26,500 per annum
- Working Hours: 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability required 1 in every 3 weekends
