We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced payroll administrator to join a team based in Grantham. This role is temporary to permanent
The working hours for this role is Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm or 9am-5pm. Once fully trained the successful candidate will be able to work 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
We are looking for a punctual candidate who has great attention to detail and is able to work to deadlines. Previous exprience in a payroll position would be preferred.
The duties will include:
- Payroll
- Accurate data input
- Dealing with staff queries
- Supporting monthly payroll process
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Preparing for twice weekly payment runs
