Are you an Architect or Project Architect with at least 2 years' post-Part 3 experience, ready for your next career challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a growing architectural practice working on £50 million worth of projects planned for 2025.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through RIBA stages 1–5, delivering high-quality design solutions.
  • Manage communication with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of production information, including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Oversee technical aspects of the design and coordinate with the wider project team.

What You’ll Bring:

  • RIBA Part 3 qualification and at least 2 years’ post-Part 3 experience.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of the design and procurement process.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
