Recruitment Administrator

Are you looking for a role in Recruitment? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments? Are you looking for a temporary role this summer? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to become a key player in our energetic team in Grantham!

As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Grantham office. Your responsibilities will include handing telephone calls, greeting and registering candidates, updating candidate database, record keeping, filing, creating social media posts and job adverts.

We have an immediate available start for the right candidate

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Requirements:

  • IT literate - able to learn new systems and use social media.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.
  • Customer service experience desired
  • Immediately available

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment Agency or HR Department
