Returns and Recoveries Administrator
Are you an organised and confident communicator with proficiency in Word and Excel? We have an opportunity for you to join this newark based company as an administrator. As the Administrator you will get involved with processing returns for a wide range of electrical goods, including Apple products like iPhones, iPads, and Laptops.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering returns for a variety of products (iPhones, iPads, Laptops, etc.)
- Processing repair requests and tracking the progress of returns
- Managing and updating records efficiently in Word and Excel
- Providing clear communication and support to team members and customers
- Ensuring a smooth and accurate flow of paperwork and data
We have two shifts available either Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm or 4on 4off.
