We are seeking a Senior Paraplanner to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Financial Advisers. The ideal candidate will come from an IFA/wealth background and have exposure to supporting advisers in a technical administration capacity. The role is ideally suited to someone who has worked as a Senior Paraplanner before.
Whilst working as the Senior Paraplanner, you responsibilities will include:
- Prepare new business documentation and client review packs
- Assist in producing and updating accurate client portfolio valuations and reports
- Work closely with advisors to interpret and communicate advice based on client’s circumstances, risk profile, and objectives
- Assist advisors in preparing recommendations and suitability reports
- Obtain literature and forms from providers
- Conduct anti-money laundering checks
- Pre-qualify and book appointments with advisers by calling clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads and progress
- Order and ensure up-to-date literature is available for advisers
- Stay updated with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes
The ideal candidate will have level 4 Diploma for Financial Advisors and experience in an IFA/wealth background. Knowledge of tax or trust exposure would be beneficial
The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills and motivation to excel in a standalone role.
