We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced production operative/warehouse operative to join a well established business based in Grantham on a temporary to permanent basis.
This role is working 6am-2.30pm Monday to Friday however flexibility is essential.
Job duties:
- Operating Machinery following procedures
- Training new employees and completing relevant documentation
- Quality control
- Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, including troubleshooting and minor repairs, to ensure continuous operation.
- Manual handling of products throughout the warehouse
- Using hand held tools
- Complete production and quality control documentation, including recording machine settings, production quantities, and any deviations from standards.
- Other duties as required.
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role working and leading a team.
Great attention to detail as well as PC skills are essential for this role.
