We are looking for Skilled Production Operatives for a busy food manufacturing company. The successful candidate will support the production line, ensure product quality and safety, and work efficiently to meet targets.
Shift Pattern: Rotating day shifts Mon-Fri 0600-1400/1400-2200 and Night shifts Mon-Fri 2200-0600
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate and monitor food production machinery in line with safety standards.
· Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
· Assist with the setup, changeovers, and equipment shutdown as needed.
· Maintain accurate records of production and complete necessary documentation.
· Work effectively within a team to meet production goals.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
· Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene requirements.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
· Flexibility with shifts and willingness to work occasional overtime.
· Team player with good communication skills.
