Disassembly:
Carefully strip motor parts from engines or machinery, ensuring each component is identified and handled correctly. -
Cleaning and Degreasing:
Use appropriate cleaning methods (manual or mechanical) to remove dirt, grease, carbon deposits, and any other contaminants from motor parts. This may include ultrasonic cleaning, pressure washing, or manual scrubbing. -
Inspection:
Inspect each part for wear and damage, and report any issues found during the cleaning process to the supervisor or technician in charge. -
Record Keeping:
Document each motor part stripped, cleaned, and inspected, including any parts that require repair or replacement. -
Organization and Storage:
Ensure that all cleaned and stripped parts are properly organized, labeled, and stored for easy access during reassembly. -
Adherence to Safety Protocols:
Follow all safety procedures while handling parts and using cleaning equipment to ensure a safe working environment. -
Quality Control:
Maintain high-quality standards for cleanliness and ensure parts meet the company's specifications before reassembly.

Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role (motor/engine repair, mechanical maintenance, or automotive industry) is preferred. -
Mechanical Knowledge:
A basic understanding of motor components and mechanical systems, including familiarity with tools used for disassembly and cleaning. -
Attention to Detail:
The ability to identify and address minute issues during the inspection and cleaning process. -
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift, move, and handle heavy parts, as well as stand or work for long periods. -
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with various cleaning methods (manual and machine-assisted) and understanding of tools and machinery commonly used in motor part cleaning. -
Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of safety procedures when handling chemicals, machinery, and tools. -
Organizational Skills:
Ability to keep work areas clean, organized, and efficiently manage time and parts.
