The AM Supervisor is responsible for dispatching the fleet on a day-to-day basis and ensuring a high level of service for clients. The role involves working closely with the yard supervisor to ensure all vehicles are ready to leave when drivers arrive on site.
The working hours are Monday- Friday, hours between 10pm-6am
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicle checks are complete and compliant.
- Equipment and vehicle checks.
- Driver legislation management.
- Find replacement drivers where required.
- Assist with rescheduling as required.
- Contact customers with updates.
- Site Access Control.
- TMS Administration.
- Driver de-briefs & interdepartmental communication.

Key Skills:
- Must have HGV Category C (Class Two) Licence
- Counterbalance Licence (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
