Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Grantham Town Centre (Free Parking Available)
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full-Time, 37 hours per week (1 hour lunch break)
Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing (Potential to Become Permanent)
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a fast-paced, focused team in a corporate environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with accounts experience, particularly in sales and purchase ledger processing, to support the Finance Director (FD) and a dynamic team of management accountants and accounts assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high-volume invoices for both sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Supporting the team with general accounts administration
- Maintaining and updating accounts records using Sage 200
- Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks and reporting as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- AAT Level 2 or above (or equivalent accounting qualification)
- Immediate availability – this role is urgent and requires someone who can start right away
- Strong experience in accounts administration, with a focus on sales ledger and purchase ledger
- Comfortable working in a corporate environment with a small, focused team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
- Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to contribute to team goals
