We are recruiting for an exciting new role for a well-established company based in central Mansfield.
This role would suit a confident individual with strong communication skills and the willingness to work in all weathers!
Duties & Responsibility:
- Travel to external sites to access contents
- Internally train staff
- Liaise with external clients with the ability to act both
- Adopt a professional and empathetic approach to sensitive situations
- Develop action plan to approach site jobs and issues
- Lead, develop and motivate a small team of content handlers
Skills & Experience:
- Clean UK driving license is essential
- Proven Team Leader experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable organisational capabilities, the ability to maintain accurate records
- Ability to motivate and lead a small team
- Be reactive to the situations and the environment around you
