Location: Hybrid – Office in Grantham + UK-Wide Travel

Are you an organized, detail-driven, and proactive operations professional with experience in estate agency and accounting? Looking for a dynamic, fast-paced role where you can make a real impact?

We’re recruiting on behalf of the UK’s largest multi-brand estate agency franchising group, overseeing 18 brands, 1,900 locations, and 65 international franchises. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a highly respected company, supporting their audit, compliance, and acquisitions teams to drive operational excellence across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

Acquisitions & Resales – Conduct due diligence, oversee acquisitions, and ensure a smooth process from opportunity to post-completion.
Stakeholder Management – Be the key link between teams, working closely with brand MDs, BDMs, legal, and franchisees.
Training & Support – Help onboard new franchisees, attend their first week, and deliver key training elements.
Compliance & Accounting Support – Provide hands-on support for franchisees needing help with accounting and compliance.
Process Adherence – Ensure all SLA and compliance standards are met.
Travel & On-Site Support – Visit offices across the UK to support franchisees, implement action plans, and improve operations.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in an estate agency & accounting (essential).
✅ Strong communication & organisational skills – you’ll liaise with multiple teams.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
✅ A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
✅ Full UK Driving Licence (essential for UK-wide travel).
