What You’ll Be Doing:
In this key role, you'll be the backbone of inventory management — ensuring smooth stock control, sharpening supply chain efficiency, and keeping the business one step ahead. Your mission: keep stock flowing, relationships thriving, and operations running like clockwork.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Designing and implementing inventory control strategies to maintain just the right stock levels.

  • Monitoring, tracking, and auditing stock movements with precision and accuracy.

  • Keeping all stock records clean, clear, and up to date.

  • Working closely with warehouse and internal teams to match stock levels with real business needs.

  • Identifying and managing slow-moving or obsolete inventory before it becomes a problem.

  • Investigating and resolving any stock discrepancies — fast and effectively.

  • Forecasting demand and planning replenishments to keep operations seamless.

  • Producing insightful stock reports and analysis for senior leadership.

  • Partnering with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and efficient warehouse management.

  • Conducting risk assessments and championing loss prevention strategies.

  • Playing a key role in rolling out new stock management software.

  • Building and nurturing supplier relationships to secure the best deals.

  • Negotiating pricing and clearly communicating any changes internally.

  • Sourcing new products and suppliers in partnership with management.

  • Overseeing and improving quality control processes for inbound goods.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in inventory control, stock management, or a related field.

  • A confident negotiator and relationship builder who thrives when collaborating.

  • Strong analytical skills, a laser-sharp eye for detail, and a love for problem-solving.

  • Solid understanding of supply chain management and warehouse operations.

  • Cool under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • Hands-on experience with stock management systems and software implementation projects.
