A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR professional to join a collaborative and dedicated HR team. This role is based near Grantham, and supports multiple business units across the UK and Ireland. Some travel within these regions will be required. Home office will also be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR queries and challenges
- Supporting key HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, engagement, compensation, and wellbeing initiatives
- Assisting with workforce planning, from defining job roles to interviewing candidates
- Providing guidance on HR policies and best practices
- Using data and insights to inform HR decisions
- Coordinating and delivering training programs
- Taking part in HR projects that align with strategic business goals
- Working closely with colleagues across the HR function on broader initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to provide practical and professional HR advice
- A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks
- Confidence in handling HR policies, procedures, and employment law
What You’ll Need:
- CIPD qualification (minimum Level 3)
