As a key member of the Private Client team, you will handle a varied caseload, advising clients on a wide range of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
- Managing estate administration and probate matters.
- Providing expert guidance on trusts and estate planning.
- Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
- Collaborating with financial advisers and accountants for comprehensive client support.
- Contributing to business development and promoting their Private Client services.
Our client is looking for the following experience and qualifications:
- A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (minimum 12 months PQE).
- Strong technical expertise in private client law.
- Exceptional communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and professional attitude, with a passion for networking and business development.
- Ideally STEP qualified
